Jaren did great at his appointment today and they told us what we already knew. We have a wonderful baby.
He is healthy!!! The doctor said they like to make sure that the babies are back to their birth weight by the two week appointment - well that was NOT a problem for us.
AT BIRTH: Weight - 8 pounds 6 ounces
Height - 20 inches
Head circ. - didn't do, but it would have been high with is cone head :)
NOW: Weight - 9 pounds 6 ounces (chunker) 67th percentile
Height - 21 inches 64th percentile
Head circ. - 37 50th percentile
Overall doing great and is very healthy. No concerns and we will go back at 2 months.

GREAT! It's always nice to hear a doctor say that! :) Boy, wouldn't have guessed he'd gained so much weight already . . . :)

ReplyDeletewell we all had a feeling that he was going to be a 'big boy' so now, well just watch him grow and see if you can keep up on buying shoes before he grows out.
