In October we had a serious battle with Oak Mites around here. A TON of people were getting bit but Landrie Lynn did NOT respond well. Finally on the third trip to the doctor we ended up needing an antibiotic, a steroid and a topical cream to clear this all up. She was a TROOPER and didn't complain much. The ones by her face and the ones on her bumper were the ones that scared me the most. Just grateful we now know better what to look for and that we don't wait for her as she responds so bad. I should have known as she swells badly with mosquito bites as well.
