Mariah's baptism

My newest cousin was baptised last weekend and my mom and dad are her godparents. Here are some pictures from the blessed event. I, personally, sat with my uncle Todd during the baptism blowing rasberries with my cousin Hunter the whole time :)

Mom and Dad are so excited for the big game tonight.

K-state is playing KU in the big twelve championship game in 2 hours. YEAH.

Funny - my mommy won her weight loss challenge at work yesterday and has been eating non-stop since. She is eating all the things she hasnt been since Christmas. At lunch mom was telling dad that what she really wanted was a chocolate milk from school. Dad told her that wasn't possible and mommy said she would just call her cousin Larry who delivers the milk to her school and see if he could hook her up.

Daddy then proceeded to tell her that on this day and this day alone she was not allowed to call cousin Larry (he is a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE, KU fan.)

That is our funny story for today. At least as of now.

Mom also asked me to give you a heads up she is working on a fun post of video's of me and my reactions to my two favorite things right now.

2) clocks - yes that is any clock, anywhere, any time. I love clocks.

random events/prayer update

Prayer update first - Blake and mommy's student are both home from the hospital now and doing much better. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

prayer request update #2

Well, mommy is up at the hospital now with Blake and said he is doing ok. While he is awake he is off of all oxygen and doing well, but he still needs it when he is asleep. Prayers seem to be doing their job, keep it up. The doctor thinks he may get to go home tomorrow.

Mommy's student on the other hand, she got a text an hour or so ago and her student is back in the hospital. :( She doesn't know much more than that, but after Blakes mommy gets back she is going to go visit her again.

prayer request update

Well, my cousin Cheeks is still in the hospital. I haven't talked to him or aunt Amy this morning because I didn't want to wake them up if they happened to be asleep, but last night before they went to bed, cheeks was not on any oxygen, YEAH!!! We are hoping they had a great night. I'm sure they did though because one of mommies student's mom's was his nurse last night.

Speaking of mommy's students. Her student got out of the hospital yesterday and should be back to school Monday. She is doing pretty good, just tired.

Hello,

We are wanting to ask for prayers for my cousin Cheeks (aka: Blake) as he was admitted into the hospital today with oxygen levels at 84. He is at St. Francis and doing ok. He is maintaining his oxygen at 94, but that with his oxygen set at 2. We are hoping he can go home tomorrow, but don't know.

Also, one of mommy's students had to go to the hospital today with either pneumonia or RSV. Please pray for her as well.

Mommy didn't brave it and go to the hospital tonight because she said she couldn't chance bringing the yuckies back to me.
