Darn eyes  -  this is when he was brought back into the hospital for not acting right and his eyes crossing 

waiting to see Orthopedic specialist Dr. Holenbeck about leg and surgery?

Mima Cheryl brought an awesome book!

He was always happy to talk about stuff but a little anxious when they actually came to do something

right after he got the wedge in his cast to manually straighten the bones to avoid surgery

That tiny peice of plastic and one very BRAVE 3 year old saved us from surgery

He went through so much

picture on right is bone not aligned at all with cast on.  Then they cut the cast around - and used a pliers type tool and just manually moved his bone and shoved a piece of plastic in there to hold it apart and put more casting material on top of that to hold it in place.  He did all that with just some Tylenol and really on whimpered more out of nervousness then pain.

He was very anxious to get it off

He did NOT like how it felt without the cast.  He wanted us to "hug" it if we took our hand off he was very anxious.
