Christmas at Mastersons 2016

This was our First Christmas without Mima Ginia

As we were leaving there that evening we were all blessed with a partial double rainbow and a full rainbow!!!

Mima Ginia had made the great grandkids all special blankets that they got on Christmas this year.

 Landrie still sleeps with hers by her side every night, but won't actually use it so we don't have to wash it a lot

Still trying to get through everything on this laptop to move over to the laptop Mark got me for Christmas.  I am caught up on pictures through Oct 2019 and am putting all pictures from that point on onto the new laptop so I finally had to cave and start going through my miscellaneous file on this computer.  I have, justifiably been afraid of this file.  In the    L   O   N   G   process of getting through this file I found Christmas pictures from the McFaddens and Mastersons family Christmas' from 2016 that I was missing.  Of course this is a week after I completed my 2016 book on shutterfly and ordered it without these pictures cause I knew they were lost like everything else from 2016, so if it wasn't on the blog I simply didn't have it.   So Now I will be making an 8x10 collage to tape in the back of the book when it comes.  and they will be the only clear pictures in the book proably as they rest I had to steal off here and they all had signs saying their resolution was to low and would be grainy.  I just decided better a grainy book then no book for that year at all - especially since it is the year Taylin Tess was born.

We got to go to a party at the Conaways for Halloween and we went super easy and wore our Domino costumes. My kids made me add a dot to mine cause I had had a birthday between going to Disney and Halloween.

This past October while I was thinking about when we needed to go shopping for a first communion dress for Landrie I went ahead and broke mine out of the bag and had Landrie try it on.  

It fit, but for some reason she didn't want to wear mine, she wanted to go shopping for her own.

We did find one for her that fit her so perfect - problem now being - if they have to postpone it to long because of this corona virus it may not fit and we may have to go buy her a new dress.

Ryland Pumpkin Patch field trip

I got to go with Ryland to a pumpkin patch field trip.

It was a very nice day I was so glad to get to be there.

As I was there I saw this beautiful girl and right away had to go say hello.

Years ago she was highlighted in a magazine for a local private school for children with special needs.  When I saw her then in the catalog I knew then she had 4P-, which is the same syndrome that one of my very favorite people has and is EXTREMELY rare.  I shared the info with Mara's parents so they could try to get in contact with them.  For years there was no luck - they did then finally meet.  I had never had the pleasure of meeting her.  I went and introduced myself to her at the pumpkin patch (she was with her grandma and cousin) 

It was very special to meet her.
