Jaren John's birthday DAY

We made it to Jaren's birthday without the new addition to our family.  Jaren choose to save a few gifts to open on his actual birthday.  

Mima Cheryl and Papa Mike came over to visit on his birthday and played one of Jaren's new games with him.  Jaren's godfather gave him the game "Bases Loaded" and it has been a major favorite - we have played it almost daily since his birthday.

For Jaren's birthday fun day this year he choose to go to Urban Air Trampoline Park.  Man was I happy he chose this over the zoo.  I was so afraid I was going to get to walk the zoo at 39 weeks and 6 days pregnant in 103 degree heat.  With Urban Air I got to sit in Air conditioning and take pictures and videos.  They all had a GREAT time and got a good workout at the same time.  After the trampoline Park we went out to eat at McAllisters.  The kids all love that place and Daddy and I don't mind that at all.

Jaren John Birthday Party 16

Jaren had a GREAT birthday party this year.  We had been prepping Jaren for a while that his party may not happen without knowing when baby Taylin would join our family.  We got to have his party though and it went really well.  Jaren picked a Royals theme and choose Sausage, pasta and baked beans for his meal :)  

I can't believe I have a 7 year old who will be in first grade this coming school year.  He is to old. 

Jaren continues to blow my mind every single day with his inquisitive mind and pure heart.  He is so kind and an amazing son.

Got Landries 5 year pictures done.  Now I just have to decide which ones to order which is always so difficult.  Might save myself extra trips and order 5 year, 7 year, 3 year and newborn pics all at once!!!

4th of July 2016

Fourth of July was busy as ever for us and while the actual temperature wasn't bad the humidity was through the roof. 

I spent much of the day at Mima Ginia's house with her and Mark was super dad and took the kids up to all the activities.  I did go tot he parade though and glad I did as the kids loved it.

June 2016 misc

June was a good month for us.  I overall felt 'good'  I am uncomfortable, but good.  

I did some pretty good nesting, getting Landries room ready to share with the baby.  Washing up baby clothes, packing hospital bag and moving Ryland to a big boy bed.

We had a great party for Landrie Lynn this year.  It was Barbie Themed and both her godparents and almost all her Mima's and Papa's were able to make it (Mima Millie was here in spirit)  She measured in at the 48% for height and the 77% for weight pretty much where she has been her whole life!!!  Healthy and Happy :)
