I know weird title, but that is what this is about.
Tonight, for the first time in almost a year, I mowed the lawn. It was hot, I'm tired, my hands hurt and my feet are killing, me but I loved it.
After having Landrie I don't know how many times I heard, you'll feel just like new by 6 weeks. Oh, how I wish that had been true. For me it took 9 weeks. It has been a long nine weeks, but I FINALLY feel like me.
I am thankful that I could mow the lawn tonight, I would be more thankful if there had been even a little bit of a breeze, or if my feet hadn't gotten bigger through the pregnancy and my shoes hadn't been to small, but I'm thankful that I felt good enough to mow.
Cute pictures to come from August. One really cute one. Jaren has been fighting us on bed time so last night to try and 'beat' us he got out of bed and went to sit in the chair in his room, well I'm sure you can guess. He just ended up falling asleep in the chair. WE had to move him after a bit though so his neck wouldn't break :)

2 months
I can't believe it but Landrie is two months old now (well, yesterday) And as a present to daddy and I she slept all the way through the night and so did her brother :) To bad mommy was up working on student schedules and daddy doing homework till midnight. One of these times it will all work out :)
Yes, I did say Daddy was doing homework - Tuesday night Mark official began taking classes towards his masters in buisness administration. WE are so proud of him.
Back to Landrie - we just had her appointment and here are her figures:
Weight: 11 lbs. 6 oz. 65%
Height: 22.75 in. 66%
Head Circ: 39 cm. 50%
She is healthy and doing great NO concerns. Mommy is happy to hear that, just wasn't happy to get all the vacinations that they give at two months.

July fun
This is the famous foot cuddle - This is how Jaren shows affection - he won't do it on command and only does it to super special people - Landrie has gotten a lot of them lately - it is adorable
Having lunch with Catherine

Cowboy dad with Landrie

Hanging out at 'Mamy and bakes' That is how Jaren says it - so cute
