Tanganika wildlife park

This summer we did take one day to enjoy the Tanganika Wildlife park here in town. Jaren refers to it as the new zoo. It has been open for a few years, we just have not gone till this summer. We had a great time.

Now he is realizing it isn't that bad after all.

End of school year 2012

Here is some pictures from my two end of the year parties/celebrations with my classroom. The first pics are from my end of the year BBQ.

One of my para's, Pat, had her husband, Joe, come by with his firetruck and crew since he was on duty and couldn't come to the party with her. It was really neat and the kids loved it. This is Mara in the firetruck and Pat and Joe by the door. THANKS

Mommy got talked into putting on this big heavy suit - Jaren wasn't so sure.

These pictures are from our trip to paint the towne. Angie, one of my para's got married this summer and we did this as a bachelorette party for her. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Landrie Lynn begging for mommas milk

Two days after Landrie turned one we moved to Vitamin D milk in place of momma's milk.  This fit/beg is only cute to me because she did it only this one time for 15 min.  After this she took her bottle and has ever sense without any problems.  But man oh man was this a long 15 min.  I almost caved a few times.

Moving Day 6-12

We moved to our new house in early June and the day went well, over all. Small glitches but nothing major. We had some GREAT help and without them it would have been terrible.

Daddy and Jaren walking up to rent the big truck. Jaren was so excited to see them all

Which is why he was SOOOOOOOOO excited to get to be in one

Much less ride in it - made his month

Landrie took to giving directions from her thrown rather well

There is such a cute story behind this picture. One day at the old house I had been packing and Jaren had been watching and playing by me all the while - for months actually. But on this day we were packing in Landries room. I had two empty boxes in the room when I took a break to play. All of a sudden Jaren says 'wait mom, wait" and runs out of the room. When he comes back he is carrying his step stool and puts it in the box. Then flips the lid over and says mom please tape this. I want it to go to the andale house. It was so precious - so we taped it and labled it together then I made sure he packed the box in the truck and unpacked it at the andale house and opened it up. I also hid some more fun suprises in this box for him when he opened it.

My dad, Mark, Amy and Landrie enjoying som good ol Gambinos for lunch

This is what I was left with to 'enjoy' the rest of my summer.

Now we can look forward to repeating all of this in 3 year for ONE FINAL time!!!

Father's day 12

We had a great Father's day this year. It is hard not to with Mark around. I could not ask for a better dad for our children, he is VERY involved in their daily lives and lights up each and everyday when he walks in the door and see's them. Of course the welcome he gets is pretty top notch. Granted the welcome he gets is because he is so amazing. Thank you Mark for being the best father our kids could ever wish for.

Here is Jaren giving Mark his card - it is was perfect for him as Mark and Jaren play a really cute game of "I love your from _________ to ________" all the time.

Here is Mark with both the kiddos

This is my brother Todd with his children

My brother-in-law Robert and his clan

Then of course my DADDY and his wonderful, beautiful, perfect children. All kidding aside dad - I love you - Thanks for being you :)

June 12 misc

Ok, so mom decided to let me blog today. Landrie thinks she should get to, but I'm older so no way. Anyway, mom is trying hard to get this all caught up so she can tell you some of the cute stories behind these pics instead of jus putting a whole months worth of pics in one page. I don't think she'll get it done before school. she has one week left and I'm pretty sure she is going to do some fun stuff with me first, or at least she better be. So, I hope you like these pics.

This is Blake reading Landrie a book - I'd have him read me a book, but you know a boy sitting in another boys lap - weird.

Mom thought this was cute. We were getting ready to get in the bath and then mom got the camera - not cook mom, not cool

This is me reading books, I like to do this often, I'm not so sure why mom likes to take pictures of this so much, all I'm doing is reading to myself

Here you will see me explaining to Kelsey how to play. See she only has dogs at her house so I had to let her know how a three year old boy plays.

Landrie is cooking me some yummy food here

I had to help dad put this gate up for Landrie this day. I'm not sure what dad would do without my help, I'm pretty good with a mouskatool.

I had to take a quick break while helping put up the fence so I took a ride on my bike.

Landrie can't help with the fence so she just sat around looking cute

Here you will find me explaining to papa mac and daddy how to put up a fence - I don't think we'd have a fence without my help

Again with Landrie being cute - not fair - I can't do a pigtail

See I tried to be that cute, but you are still looking at Landrie aren't you?

So I've resorted to doing what I'm best at - working with my hands and being ALL BOY. Here I'm having to help papa mike and daddy put in our new dishwasher - please excuse mom for putting pictures of us in our new home before she put the pictures of moving day.

Here Blake is reading to both Landie and I - notice noone is on anyone elses lap

Ok - so I really like fudge bars

I mean I REALLY LIKE THEM!!!

Oh brother you guys should have been here this day. Mom told Landrie that since she was one she had to move to milk in a bottle instead of mommies milk and oh how the water works started. Landrie was so upset. Yelling, begging, crying, pulling on mommy for 15 straight minutes. She she stopped and thank goodness for the next bottle she just took the milk and we didn't have to have all that drama anymore - woman

see what I'm telling you - drama

This is me watching all the drama being thankful I'm a boy

This is my aunt Brandi with my newest cousin Jae.

Here is papa mac with his son Jay and his grandson Jae

Now that little Jae is here I am not expecting any cousins on either side of the family - that hasn't happened in a while.

Ok, mom again was making a big deal out of this. I eat sandwiches all that time at Ms. Mardies (my daycare providor) but I just would rather not eat sandwiches at home so mom had never seen me eat a sandwich. She kept carrying on about what is she going to send on field trips or something - I don't know it all sounded like gibberish to me, but I could tell she was stressed and she kept offering to put all sorts of weird stuff on it to make me eat it so I just thought oh heck lets just get this over with before she puts jelly with my lunchmeat.
